Aleksandr is the representative of the real life Alexander who lost to the Bolsheviks under Lenin after deposing the Tsar... though everyone never brings up the fact that Aleksandr cleansed the exodus fleet of mutineers during the exodus, do they??? They just want to look at the "evil" things that Nicholas did... depressing cause everyone has about the same or less information about the reality of what is going on in the world then they do about a fictional universe which is scant at best as it is.
