It's super embarrassing to play this game with sound with that extremely cheesy base command guy telling me stuff. I don't need to know that the enemy is at 25% forces left. Especially when done by the vocal talent of a 1990's low-budget Saturday morning cartoon.
PLEASE, HOW DO I TURN THIS OFF. I can't even play on my stereo anymore when people are home, I'm scared my family is going to beat me up and take my lunch money because of this guy.

But yeah. It took me a while to find the option as well to turn off Angry Clan Man. It's under mission specific voices, IIRC.

Goto settings, Then Audio Tab, then deselect the Game Mode Dialogue checkbox.
I guess Angry Clan guy never heard of the "You can catch more flies with honey vice vinegar" approach.....

I really wish they would have picked a better voice for the clan commander. The IS one is fine.
