Anyone know how high the tallest Mech is and how high the smallest Mech in MWO?
Kinda need it for research

Depends on which source you read. Highest mech of current lineup I believe is the 18 meters tall Atlas, or Executioner. Shortest battlemech is probably the Flea. There are 10-15 ton battlemechs but those are all apocryphal. *edit* There seems to be at least one canon ultralight mech. The 15 ton Emerald Harrier, or Roadrunner by IS designation. http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Roadrunner Looks like it's only about 3-4 meters high.

Protomechs are smaller still (mere 2-5 tons), but they are not battlemechs.
