This is an unforgivable sin.

I sure hope so. The victims will never forget the number of missiles (?)

I mostly meant because it tries to do too many things, it ends up doing nothing very well. If you're firing LRM's, you're probably beyond the range of the UAC20. The ERLL might help, but probably not much, because it would overheat you too fast if firing it with the LRM's. It's also very low on ammo for the LRM's.

An LRM mech should carry at least twice that number of missiles. Mixing extreme close range weapons like UAC20's and extreme range weapons like LRM's is also generally a bad idea, because you should always be at your ideal range (or at least striving to be).

If you wanna LRM, play an LRM mech. If you wanna brawl, bring a brawl mech.

The UAC20 is there in case you get mobbed at close range. The ERLL will not overheat with LRMs considering you have 16 engine heat sinks and would only use it on LOS.

I know the ammo is too low but this is just an example. You could easily add more ammo by taking off redundant systems or downsizing the UAC.

But considering you are an assault you shouldn't "attack from outside range", you can take a bit of punishment so you can easily get like 80% of those lurms to hit (unlike traditional lurmers). You can also somewhat brawl when out of ammo and/or keep poking with the laser.

I have a Highlander IIC similar to this configuration and it can get over 1000 damage per match.

How can this be slow?

SPIRIT BEAR

You can still bring LB20X, 4x SRM6+A and move at 64(70) kph with a 400xl.

The LRM version is called the "Shame Bear".
