Bushwacker Rear Torso Hitboxes Issue

I was lurmed from the platform on Crimson from afar and noticed CT opened from the rear and turning red. Finding cover, i turned to see if anyone was behind - no one there. Lurms kept coming, and the second i turned to face the platform again CT was destroyed from the rear in the exact moment the lurm volley hit me from the front.
Has anyone get the same problem, or i just caught an abnormal series of hitreg glitches/lucky enemy shots?

I put in 10 matches, and only had my rear armour opened up twice, even on PoLRM Highlands (only one match played on that map last night), the only times my back armour was opened up, was either due to not so friendly fire, or me turning and booking it from a Kodiak. In neither case was I killed due to twisting to roll damage as much as I could, thankfully due to her length it seemed easy to roll damage to the front ST armour from back attacks.

It was not straight from the top. Almost stardard lrm arc from around 700 meters. Anyway doesnt seem right. I dont want to equip every wacker with AMS.
Also got couple of rear ST deaths by shots from the side that on any other mech would register as front ST.

doesnt have to be LRMs.
face to face with another bushy, just me and him. 2 shots to my ct, from medium lasers and my rear torso blows out.
a different match and i turn around a building face to face with mad2c and 2 shots to my ct, boom back torso blows.
several more times, but could not confirm that there were only one enemy shooting. the 2 above, only 1 mech shooting me.
bsw-s2. 10 matches, 2 deaths to side torso, 6 to rear torso.....

I have a sneaking suspicion that the dynamic weapon geometry is what is causing the rear torso problems

Complains about LRMs killing him. Doesn't want to equip AMS.

No, it's because players doesn't want to deal with LRMs at all. The majority of LRM usage other there is LRM5 spam, which an AMS is more than capable of handling. But the player base doesn't want to use anything that detracts from their meta builds. EG put that ton into another heatsink or ammo. It's lazy player behavior, and as is typical, they ask for it to be "fixed".

Not been around long enough I suppose as I have seen nothing like it before. Just the one variant I got one shot five times in a row and gave up. P1 and P2 not happening since.

AMS cannot handle multiple LRM5 fired at once, let alone LRMs coming from multiple 'Mechs. LRMs are certainly terrible and counterable, but AMS is pointless.
