Might be the pose, too. But it does maybe look a little broader shouldered than intended. Ah well, one thing I have been trying to teach myself is not to obsess on perfection.... or I'll never get anything done. *shrugs*

Yeah, not trying to belittle it by any means, you just noticed it wasn't perfect and couldn't figure out what exactly, so figured I'd add my 2-cents :P

constructive feedback is always welcome... I do think on inspection, some of it is the perspective... the shoulder is not quite as wide as it might look...because the the demarcation point of the torso contours are not... standing out.

A bit, the left torso still kinda looks a little too wide and the torso vs leg proportions still look a little off but it is better on second glance.

interesting, as the LT is actually scarcely wider than the cockpit....it's actually narrower than the RT.

It just visually looks wider, it may be because the RAC arm looks very close to the hip compared to the laser arm. It is partially perspective because it is torso twisted.

indeed. Unfortunately, it appears to be little more I can do for that... I reckon it'll go up their with the Assassin's cockpit and Dervish's laser placement. Anyhow, last mod posted.

http://www.sarna.net...ory:BattleMechs

Dates are listed on the right hand side when you click on a 'mech of your choice. Yes, there will be a lot of clicking, but click on ones you don't already know, it's the easiest way.

http://masterunitlis...o=&FactionAuto=

That's all the variants/chassis made in the time period specified. Just check it against sarna to see if the chassis is new to the time period, or if it's just a variant.

the OP lists has a link the the Battletech MUL. You can use that to search out the production dates of any mech.

Simplest way to approach it would be to limit use Sarna to peruse TRO 3060 and 3067, then cross reference the MUL to be
sure.

And remember, it's production date for the base chassis that matters, not variants. So doing a new variant of an older mech would not qualify.

I was on my phone when I first viewed the first page and didn't see the image because it didn't load, so I assumed there was nothing.

Is there a site (or maybe it's in the linked one and I missed it) that shows where the armaments were mounted? This looks fun, thanks CK!

You can use http://www.mordel.net/
It's a bit of a mess to use, but you should be able to find most, if not all, mech loadouts.

In the website, you click on "ministry of intelligence" > Units > Battlemechs > View/Search
Then you click on the filter icon (that looks like a upside down triangle thingamajig).
Find Name/Model option, click on it, then click on the green arrow.
Type in the name of whatever mech you want and click apply.

Kind of a mess.

I use Mech Factory.
http://battletech.rp...ctory_frame.php

I find it a bit more streamlined and simple to navigate.
