Why does the Mac n cheese flavor Potnoodle even exist, WHY? Who's eating it? I just don't understand, I had to know how bad it was, Mac n cheese flavor noodles that means the noodles are pasta and cheese flavor, THIS MAKES NO SENSE !

So I had one... I peeled back the foil lid, added the gross red paste they call tomato ketchup, added the required amount of water and I waited. Required time on the plastic cup says 3 minutes with a stir in between.

For the first minute and a half I sat there looking at it, my mind was still focused on how ridiculous this was, "Why on earth would you pick Mac n cheese" I thought, I mean there must be a million other flavors you could have chosen. Roast chicken with spring onion or steak with peppers something like that.

My minute and a half was up. Lifting the lid I was greeted with white...ish Yellow paste with worm like noodles folding over themselves in something akin to a cup of sick. I stirred and closed the lid once more for the final leg. "who buys this crap!" I thought once more as I looked at the cup. And then it hit me....

I bought this crap...its Me...Im The one buying this garbage. Its for chumps so intrigued by its outrageousness that they go out and buy it. A cold revelation washed over me as I sat there looking at my warm cup of pasta and cheese flavor sick. What a fool I had been. It was all so clear to me now. How could I have not known it was me all along, Did others know I was this foolish?? "No of course not" I thought. "Still, best keeping these things to ones self lest someone think you a madman".

Just then another great revelation struck me, I could go on the internets and tell other people what this vile potnoodle had done to me, how it had tricked and manipulated me. Maybe others would listen, wouldn't have to feel foolish or bad in anyway. So I did. I told my story far and wide to all that would listen. "Its a lie ! A vile trick" I would cry. But they didn't understand, they didn't want to listen, called me foolish and said things like "Get over it, its just a ******* potnoodle".

And as I spend that afternoon in my undergarments at my counter furiously typing to every forum I could, I sat back exhausted to once again focus on the cup. Tunnel vision flooded my mind in a warped twisted way for a moment and then as reality snapped back to focus I realized...... I had eaten the entire thing.

Getting us back on track of the OP:

I once tried pasta sauce from a jar that my wife had purchased, even though I had just made a fresh batch with all home grown ingredients. It was pretty good, but mine was way better. I still don't know why I felt the need to try it.

This thread is about how the OP bought the Linebacker because it seemed interesting and now he thinks it was a dumb purchase because he knew it wouldn't be good but bought it anyway because it sounded interesting.

That's my guess anyway.

What he doesn't know is the Linebacker actually isn't a bad mech.

My post was not Unintelligible, As for nonsensical, You mean it didn't make sense to you. You could ask me to explain it a little further perhaps ?

It was actually about buying mechpacks. But the sensical part comes from perhaps being in the UK and knowing what and how bad a Potnoodle is. Its about people (myself included unfortunately) who moan about stuff online but still pull out wallets and buy. I just chose to Mix it in with another situation ( obviously elaborated on) which I found to be similar.
