And interestingly enough, the CDA-3M used to have the cockpit aligned energy hardpoints as default, but when PGI added dynamic geometry to it, they shuffled the right hardpoints down, so now if you only mount two energy weapons, it's unnecessarily asymmetrical. That really rustled my jimmies, I haven't actually played that mech much since then, lol.

Pfft. The original artists for tabletop were a bunch of soulless metawhores with no appreciation for how much better it is when stock builds are terrible, and everyone should be forced to play terrible stuff.

Totally agreed, as well as the placement of the arm-mounted missiles on the Warhawk!

Thanks for checking on this. I never liked how the right arm-mounted lasers defaulted to the double pistol. That went against the concept art and the other canon depictions of the Phoenix Hawk.
