Getting this problem as well today. Normally ping between 57 to 61 good play but not perfect (due to my video card issues sometimes which I am aware of) my FPS is about 116 to 48 in heavy combat. Last time I remember disconnect was from hurricane.
Today ping about 110 to 100. Disconnect soon as I am make enemy contact. Login to servers take x3 longer than in past.
Files not corrupted. Computer is running other high end games fine (admittedly they are not online).
Believe the issue is ISP related American Midwest wise but could be wrong.

Did test just now after I disconnected in game.
Ping speed test locally I was ok some packet loss but not to bad.
When did test to a server near pgi servers but not theirs massive packet loss test could not even finish.
Test locally FLA to a server less than 70 miles away some packet loss but usuable. Rare for me to have packet loss to that server though.
Test from Fla to Spot in Western Canda massive packet loss test could not even finish.
