The problem imo is that even a crappy player can take part in a roll if they're well directed. It doesn't matter how good you are, if you're in a group where 4 mechs break off from the other 8, and those 4 get caught by a large group, all 4 of them are going to die. It's not like other fps games where you can headshot someone or aim faster. In this game, if you get outnumbered, you are going to lose. Then it just domino effects after that. I rarely see games where the team I'm on is up by 4 and we still lose.
