Well it's a very old BUG, but never seen it this bad since Closed Beta.

I am in an Inner Sphere mech with the 50% speed buff for PPCs, using 2xERPPCs. First match on River City, ERPPCs were working, medium XP and CBills result from about 20 hits, one kill. Next two matches (Frozen City and Mining Colony) ERPPCs were not recording damage on most hits. Target's armor would flash, but usually no change in damage levels. In the last match I hit targets 30-40 times with 2xERPPCs for 166 damage scored for what should have been 700-800 damage actual, I think I got 90 XP. Anyway, that last match was the highest number of confirmed hits, but the lowest damage score. True it was at 2 am, but no one had high lag.

So I closed out the game since there seemed to be little point in playing if nothing I did was being scored. Maybe tomorrow the ERPPCs will work and I can make some headway with leveling my mechs.

You need to provide alot more information to properly review, reproduce, debug and fix this issue. Your feedback is "merely a story".

Some footage would be welcome, a test case that can be reproduced showing your findings even better.

It's always been a random Bug. All I can do is tell them the times I scored a solid hit, but scored no damage. Solid hits are when you shoot a mech that is coming close to straight at you or not moving. Unfortunately my PUG opponents will not stand there and let me shoot them and the game systems do not allow a constant readout of a locked target's armor and subsystems. The Bug is not reproducible in Testing Grounds because it is likely an HSR bug (hit-reg).

Anyway, I am following the requested Bug Report methods we used in Closed Beta. Maybe I will try to make a video of it as well, but it is a known Bug. It was just really bad last night and rendered the game pointless to play.
