Currently there is no way to undertand the efficiency of unlocked skills, which essentially forces users to fully level a mech spending some amount of money, then actually testing the mech and adjusting skills. This will basically force players to spend twice as much money leaving no room for experimentation for newer players.

So I request a new feature: testing mech locally in testing grounds before saving any changes. Thus, any build and skill configuration (and even every mech if you add that to the store) can be tested at no expence.

Yea I was going to make this same thread. There are too many negatives to not being able to testing grounds a set of skills and how you like the feel before you commit to buy.

This is a very good idea. In Armored Warfare you can test drive a tank before you buy it. It would be excellent if you could run a build on the testing grounds before spending 133,000 MXP and 9 million Cbills.

This sounds great. Understanding how heat efficient your mech is, how agile the mech is or how accurate to PPCs fire before investment sounds great.

It would be especially nice to be able to configure in the grounds to avoid a lot of reloading, but i am sure the programming requirements would be high on that.
