[Bombast]

I'm not sure if they post (I guess I should check), but I wanted to publically thank A Disguised Urbanmech, BroBrackus, T Ferguson, and Darth Fedor for a match I just had. I was in a ButterBee, and they were all in a collection of Lights and Super Lights, and we performed a quick, lightning flank attack on Grim Plexus - Assault. We caught the enemy assaults at their base after their mediums, lights, and most of their heavies pushed ahead of them, and tore them all apart - They grabbed them by the nose, and I stomped them down with SRMs. My part may have been more heavily rewarded by the game, but I would have given my match score, XP, and C-Bills to them if I could. They did all the heavy lifting, I just pulled the trigger a couple times.

So thanks, guys. Really appreciated the teamwork.

Here's a match Jables McBarty valiantly tried to carry us through, though he didn't quite manage it. Good show, however, just a shame we couldn't manage to get the resources we needed.

D'awww, I'd forgotten you were in that match! I had so much fun losing that one I posted on the forum as soon as I got to work.

I did see Bishop Steiner in game once, which was like meeting Elvis for me. It was group queue and I'm just assuming his team rolled mine.

...and after reading the post you refer to, I've been trying to make a point of complimenting kills in-game. Not sure if it comes off nicely or just as irritating comm chatter =/

Man that is kind. I would like to put it in perspective though. I was spamming uac5 in a Jade Kite and you kind sir where in a dual ppc Adder if I am not mistaken?

So I honestly don't think I am being in the least bit modest tipping my hat to you. Easily outworked my make money easy build and showed the greater skill.

Hopefully though we see more threads like this as my big frame is feeling all warm and fuzzy like.

The Adder Prime lore build is honestly my best mech. I suck in light mechs, and I suck with PPCs, but the combo on the Adder chassis is the only setup I can claim with all certainty that I do "well" in.

The first mech I clicked with the PPC's was the Linebacker. Then revisted Nova. Then Blackjack, now Rifleman. Much harder and a lot more work when you are doing only 20-30 damage at a time.

Well, the Linebacker is just a more armored, but larger target, Adder, so it works "alright". Gets focused by enemies easier though, so I don't mess with it as much.

Anyways, Bombast, our old zellbrigen duel was my Adder vs your MPLas Huntsman, right?

To everyone else, it was a really nice match. Restos and I were both playing light weight snipers. He did it better.

Really good match overall.

Hey thanks man! That was one of my best games, still haven't broken a 1000 dmg in my Cicada but I'm getting closer... So nice to have someone mention it... though we both know your heels stomped my face just as often as the other way around.

Sorry to go off topic, but how can it be a good match when 8 guys in the opfor did below 100 dmg and noone broke 300?
