Enhanced Ecm?

Hi folks!

Can anyone explain what enhanced ECM (in the new skill tree) does. The PGI supplied description (Decreases the max range an ECM protected 'Mech can be targeted.) is not clear. Does it simply increase the radius of ECM coverage around the equipped 'Mech? At a current 90m, that would mean a max of 135m.

ECM stealth was nerfed.

According to the notes, you now only get a 30% stealth reduction for the base equipment, but can invest in the advanced ECM nodes to get you back up to where you where.
