So if someone spent mc to convert xp to gxp and used the gxp to unlock things in the old skill tree , he/she will get hxp refunded.
Am i right?

On the PTS it is exactly this way right now: XP->MC->GXP->HXP->MC->GXP. I am quite angry about this as i have converted really a lot of XP and now i will have to sit on unwanted/unusable HXP or PGI will charge me again for the exact same service for the exact same XP. I for one will not pay again. And most likely never buy sth again after this experience.
