Short version: all of the changes are another time sink that don't contribute to game play

After I chose a good mix of skills in my favorite mech, (Nearly a million XP in this mech), I proceeded to the test maps to see how it felt driving and shooting. The results?!??

Terrible! I didn't recognize it at all.

At the end of the day, I feel this change just dilutes the game play. It takes what we have spent months or years doing and learning and starts with a clean slate.

1. It wastes our time relearning mech "feel".
2. It wastes time for people to re-pick all of their mechs when it should just be ready to go.
3. It wastes time when people could be in matches together.

Are the new changes even needed? What's the value added? I just see players using another set of min/max choices to try to play, but really nothing new. These changes don't create more players happy to jump into games. If anything, it gives them a reason "not" to join.

I am comfortable with changes. Awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, etc. will all contribute to players adapting to change. At the moment, I don't have any desire to change, I don't understand the changes, I have no reason to think these changes are better than what we have now, and I don't have the time to deal with any changes forced upon me.

Change management - this is something you should learn before you start the changes.
