This will kill the close range game. Close range game very hard. When close mech comes to the enemy, think about how much the armor and weapons he has left. 4% Very BAD must 24%.

I see this as clan reduce. You should understand that the balance needs to be built on the team players. If there is not the command of players. Pug flee to other games. You will never make a casual CS on robots. Now the sphere has superiority in team game before the clans.

Now i cant get Seismic, Deprivation, Cool Run, Heat Containment, LPL cooldown, MP range, speed tweak etc. But i can get very much sh1t what i not needed.
The idea was good but the implementation is poor. I think you should give a direct choice of the player is that he needs. Tree without dependencies. And given a choice of more skills. What would make a very highly specialized machines. For example 30% range in the except speed and armor.
