Once unlocked, you dont have to pay again for the skills if you're planning to drive another build wich
needs another skills.

Operations nodes with Cool Run (Increases heat dissipation) are much better than the ones with -0,6 heat on Weapons.

I think 91 nodes are "fine" and even then I lack a lot of them I would like. Getting the Speed Tweak is a massive investment for example.

With 21 nodes minimum you'll get full speed tweak. But dont only look at speedtweak, you also get
other buffs like twist speed, anchor turn what i find very important!
