Is there any information as to when the next iteration of the Skill tree PTS will be up or are we still in the dark on that?

I keep hearing sometime in March.
Some thought's about the changes. I have been playing for about a year and probably spent a little more money than I needed to. That's ok. Spent more on PC games. Also didn't mind buying mech packs. I could try different builds and use them as I needed. I have about 250 mechs, 1/4 of them mastered the others I tinker with. What I did like was being able to take modules out of one and into another. It was easy and when I was done with that mech I could just put it back in my inventory.
Now trying this in the PTS is a painful experience and it will be costly as well. The ease of transfer in my opinion will be gone and it becomes a time user. I want to enjoy the game not spend time and more time plus money/cbill to change things back and forth.
The current system wasn't perfect but it worked fine. Ease of use is the key. Use across all mechs was great. But when I looked at the way the implemented the testing it is flawed.
1. Skill tree wasn't broken
2. Important: They changed structure, cool down, weapons and all kinds of things which directly impacted on the skill tree. So how can you test the "skill tree" when you changed so many other variables. Statistically it does not make sense.
3. Why buy med packs: we should have figured it out when they stopped putting modules in the mech packs that some thing was amiss.
4. Although I enjoy playing I will not longer spend "real money" there is no sense in it and it will be just too expensive time wise to level solo mechs.
5. Will probably cancel all my mech orders pending. No use in wasting money for mechs I don't need a lot of.
One thing I am sure of that many of the older players who didn't mind buying a pack here and there may not continue that course of action. I would say I was a "whale" but I enjoyed it. Not now.
Maybe I am jumping the gun. But I advise all MWO to read in full what they have done to the skill tree and then look at the changes they made in the lower paragraphs. It makes no sense.
Anyway, those are my thoughts. I hope PGI cancels the skill tree change and directs their effort into more maps and better game play.
6. no one plays on the PTS-I waited and couldn't play a match. Done wasting my time.

It would be nice to hear when we can expect a new build to drop.
