Would it not make sense to import peoples actual accounts into the next PTS?.
It would provide both PGI and the player far more useful info if players actually see how the changes affects their account rather than an account with lots of resource available.

I think its better to increase resources on the PTS, than having people with accounts with little to no cbills available .. its not like people will want to be grinding out cbills in the PTS. And even if they were... getting enough games to do so would not be much fun.
