If there're no weapons mounted on arms, then the aiming sight (reticle) of arms can be substituted by an other type of it (or simply removed).
Same for the aiming sight of main body (torsos and/or head).
That's all.

Just to clarifie...you feel irritated by the nonfunctional circular reticle when you pilot, a Banshee for example, that has no arm weapons ?

Also.
Arm lock can't works as I intend this feature.
With arm lock activated, in addition to having limited movement of arms with the pitch & yaw angles of main body, for example if you attempt a brawl you can notice that with the same range of mouse shift, the end of moving of torso rotation is shorter than compared to having that feature disabled.
Now, if as me, you want to use toggle arm lock many times during the match without mouse dpi changes from one to the other arm lock situation, I believe that this feature can be a good one.
I hope I've clarified Posted Image.
