Long before queuing up for a match you have another option menu in the MechLab. Loadouts.

allows you to build 3 load outs for the currently selected mech, ( they can not be the same ). and can be a purchase or event premium time players only option (doesn't matter to me).

when you queue for a match and you get to vote on your map and mission type and then moved to your ready room. (were all you get to do is click ready or take command and chat for a minute) give us the option to select the pre-made load out for our mech.

Think about it... every time you deploy we we to take into account the location and environment an adjusted some of the equipment we took with us.
