Would it be possible?
So could an admin mark all threads started before the announcement on the upcoming PTS2 changes get a [PTS1] label in the title?
And would it be advantageous?

That probably will happen because it's been done before, which you can see if you look at the archived post sections at the top of the PTS forum index.
