The Regular AC and LBX need their cool-down increased 4% just isn't enough compared to the previous Quirking / Skills / Modules now that most Mech's have lost their Quirk cool-down and the loss of module 12% and Mech 5%. Most Variants had a 10% quirk to cool-down giving a total of 27% now just 4% I think a total of 12% for all Skills unlocked in New skill tree 3% each would be reasonable. What do you guys think ?.
