You aren't going to notice it improve much from one or two games.

Take note of where it is, minimize it, play a few hours for a few nights, then take a look.

Its just like watching a clock, the more you look the slower it seems.

**** I guess.

As you get more matches, it'll move slower. When you're new, it moves screaming fast to get you "to where you belong" as quickly as possible - during the "cadet" period it's extremely fast.

Things slow down a hell of a lot after that.

...Wait. Does that mean the XP bar is tied to Cbills earned? Because of the cadet bonus? Or is it just set to move particularly fast during cadet period, regardless of Cbill earnings?

No, PSR is not tied to cbills earned. during the first 15matches or so of a fresh account there is a "seeding" period where your PSR can swing wildly up or down depending on performance.

After that the PSR is earned at a static rate based (probably) exclusively on matchscore.

It's very close. Around 0.94 (519/551). I would imagine that would put me, optimally, in T4/low T3 before too terribly long, but it seriously feels like it's taking forever to move the XP bar perceptibly.

Since you PSR will typically only go up in a win, you will find the XP bar to move VERY slow if you don't win more then half the time, or carry superhard in a loss. Posted Image
