Is Luthien off limits, has in, vote for it Loyalists by 100%, and get another totaly random planet to fight for. If PGI isn't following up to our votes, why bother even putting Luthien in the list in the first place?

I think captials are now open for taking as ghost bear has rasalhague.

Not sure. Rasalhague did fall, but we do keep voting Luthien to 100% and the clans have won at least 1 cycle (or more...haven't paid real attention) since Friday...yet Luthien was still in IS hands last time I checked.

Voting system is FUBAR atm. Ghost Bears keep voting Alshain but I have only seen it attack able one time.
Not sure of a bug or PGI trying to slow Clans down ect.

In order for the Ghost Bears to take Rasalhague, every planet surrounding it was taken first and then after about a week of voting for it, the attack lane opened up. I think a capital requires all supporting planets to fall first.
