I have a new Alienware laptop and it has the Tactix keys on the board to use for short cuts in games. They work great with all other games but I cannot seem to get them to work for MWO. Is anyone aware of any issues?

I'm not familiar with it, but as long as it 'emulates' key presses than it should have no issue, you might run into issues with how fast it is running through the macro .... if the software uses direct game hooks, that will probably never work ... if it interprets as some kind of joystick device, then its probably doable, but a lot of effort ....
keyboard macro devices ( and by extension software ) are allowed, so the game shouldn't be blocking you ... unless it thinks you jammed to many keys at once ....
