Not sure if there was a forum area for this- maybe the new players section? I'm really new to the game, been waiting for the Bushwacker to come out actually- This and the Cougar are the only mechs I'll ever have any interest in playing for the most part. I think I've learned most of the ropes but I'm trying to figure out lingo. I come from a lot of tank games but I know there's a huge difference- I might be applying too much of my Panther tank theory from War Thunder/World of Tanks! Lol.

Anyone looking to play with a group or anything tonight? Be able to give me some pointers, tell me what to do and let me tag along like an annoying little brother? I've got a microphone and any voice chat program you use.

There is a New Player Help section on the forum here - https://mwomercs.com...ew-player-help/

How new are you? Two day new? Two weeks new? Two months new? What builds are you running on your mechs? I play mostly solo Quick Play so can't really help you there, but I'm sure there are units looking to recruit.

Welcome aboard, fellow Bushy pilot!

Definitely check out the new player forum Aloha linked above, pretty sure you'll be very pleased with the support network you'll find there so hop in there and ask away. Have fun with Rabtar and mates, linking up with a group is definitely the best way to get up to speed.

Cheers and welcome

Welcome!

An important thing to remember about Bushwackers is they operate less like tanks and more like Gunships...

Being an ex-Gunship pilot, I feel like I'm back in my old Apache when I'm in my Bushwacker... As such I tend to operate her in the same method, move and shoot, try to minimize my exposure to return fire.
