What's your favorite accomplishment in MWO? Examples: Season stats, Leaderboard Events, Leaderboard stats, big games, whale purchases, come from behind wins

Mine was when I try-harded my way to 52nd on the Jenner board during the Lights Fight Event using 6 SPLs with Arm Lock turned on(like the newb I am). People even recognized me in game for being on the board during the Event. I felt pretty spiffy.

I killed Paul in Closed Beta during a straight 1v1 duel...

No accomplishment can supercede that. I'm not talking difficulty, just dat feel.

Only getting a 3 day time out from the forums after being here since closed beta. That includes making it through the Niko "Snowstorm" (no idea how I did that), and for the most part avoiding trouble even in these days of increased "attention to detail".

In game?

A long time ago, back in 8v8, I ran my founders Jenner right between two mechs from the opposing team who were trying to take me out. Both groups were heavily damaged, I had a red CT, damaged legs, etc., I think I was under 30% health for sure, and they both tracked me and fired at me as I drove between them.

I lived, they TKed each other. Still makes me laugh.

Read my signature for one of mine.

For the other, it's taking command of a drop and leading a group to a victory. This is especially satisfying if the odds are stacked against us to begin with (Faction Play with certain mode/map combos, for instance) or if they suddenly start listening half way through a match that has gone horribly wrong and we still manage to pull a win out of it all.

As a perpetual terribad with little skill, poor reflexes, and bad decision making abilities being accused of using an aimbot in a 5 kill win was pretty great...especially since i was using a 2LBX IV-4.

Back in the day, running a group of pugs to victory over a 12 man of swol during Tukyyid 2. That felt pretty great, especially since I rarely pug, rarely try an lead let alone speak.

Lastly it is always great when you drop in group queue and there are known and recognized competitive players/groups on the other side and you manage to beat them, and particularly if you actually substantively help (as opposed to merely being carried). That's always worth a screen shot.

You realize you probably got whatever chassis and weapons systems you were using at the time shortlisted for a nerf, right?

It's all Prosperity's fault.

Wait a sec...Prosperity you weren't in a Quickdraw 5K were you? Man, that would explain a lot.

I still contend that it was killing Paul a couple times in a row that got all my Atlai corrupted and unplayable for several weeks during closed beta.

Almost beating SJR in the WC qualifiers.

And beating Krivvan once in 1v1 tournament. (he still won the set, though. =[ )

Well, Storm Jaguar's achievement in the WC is a big one, but my absolute highlight is still the day I pulled my KDR to 1.0. Yes. Really.

1. Leading pugs to victory in CW in many matches. Getting good scores in CW matches is one thing, but to successfully herd the group of cats to victory is another. Here is one of my earliest attempts to lead.

2. Reached number 2 spot in Archer category in the Heavy mech leaderboards, using nothing but lurms. That's a tough act to beat, for anyone playing this game.

3. Beating up meta mechs using Streakcat, back in 2013-2014.

4. Defeating DV8 premade team, while using LRM boat.

I was using a Hunchback, thank you very much. It was the "sweaty hand" incident at the frozen city cave that we do not talk about.

Obtained two hero mechs for cbill grinding without spending any money. Now that my goal is finally complete, I've lost interest in cbills, call me Brian.

He was probably blocked on Twitter after the game too.

As an Urbanmech R60L, alone and facing certain doom with my AC-20 blown off, delivering the fatal blow to a charging Timber Wolf with one shot from my small laser.

It was magical. The legends are true.

Don't even need to frag Paul to accomplish that, though.

I know that's true. I've been banned for years. :(

Pissing all of you off...

I can now go off on my own and only the silly new Pugs are foolish enough to try chastising me or try giving me orders...

The rest of you seem to have learned.

I prefer the term, "Fiercly Independent"...

However, I know I'm doing something right when my opponents are talking smack about me in the pre-drop countdown, and yes it does happen...
