PPC hit = HUD Scrambled
Heat above like 80% = sluggish mech, HUD flicker, lose of speed
Active and Passive Radar = dots on the map and stealth mode, seriously this could bring some very interesting game play changes if you could detect with sensors and not need Los (not counting seismic). Also might remove need for radar derp, good player would know when and how to use this, and it wouldn't be rocket science either it's functions.
Also better PTFO rewards and rewards for roll warfare....Iike oh idk if light mechs dont have to worry about just killing stuff....they can be balanced better and reward better game play for them (aka scouting and harassing not brawling and insisting on being an equal force on the front line.) To many times been on either side, light mechs not scouting for our team and we go in blind OR the Light joke who is persistent his 20t Locust should be equal to a 100t Direwolf.
On the Flip side, Assaults get rewards for tanking damage and putting out damage ect. Assualt mechs that don't want thier paint scratched yea....about that one >.<
Give more and well paid rewards for actually doing what your mechs are meant to do.
Get away from the idea of this game is just kill and deal damage....it's about time we added SOME Sim elements back into this game....
