For years now us younger (usually ) generation of Mechwarriors who are from the MW4 era have been told to wait our turn for our mechs (sometimes at the expense of some saying it would still be 10 to 15 years, like seriously some people have said this in a serious manor). Come March we are finally getting our party to celebrate some of our favorite mechs and such. So please can you old timers let us enjoy our party a bit for a few months before really pushing for an ancient chassis :)

(I know a bit entitled here a bit, but it's been a long time in the waiting for alot of us here wanting our pet mechs as well. For awhile can you relax the agendas for pre 3050 chassis in for a few months and let us build up the new chassis pool a bit. Like 6 months worth so we would roughly get 10 ish in?)

No offense but with future mechs already said to be coming there are still some very vocal people persist that they should push back all future mechs still for X,Y & Z chassis. And insist that they take a place of a future mech announcement. I am not saying your mech is not worthy to make it well, just not the time now.

If it was a kids Birthday in March and they had a party would you say that the kids who Bday was say in September deserves gifts as well in March?

Btw. This is not about a certain mech to be added. For instance say the Mk II does not make it in this time, I would not throw a fit saying it should be in before the old mechs now. No, I am talking about we need to get a good roster of future mechs in before we focus on both old and new chassis.

:)

Like I've said in the past CK, just wait your turn, it's coming. You'll likely not have to wait as long as I did, 20-ish years to get to pilot one of your favorite rides. I for one, only intend to kick up a stink if the IS pilots get stuck with the Uziel as our show case unit....

I am ready for my new toys, and gonna enjoy them fully from the Owens to the Mad Cat Mk II. And I'll enjoy them for good while too.

I hate to sound like a jerk but should wait till around till September or so before even considering more IIC's. All mechs till then should be 3055+ chassis

yes, because the clans need another 65t chassis.... That is probably the clans most flooded weight bracket...

Not probably, is....3 currently and no need for more.
Things we need? 20,40,45,55,60,70,80, 90,&95 tonners.

Light mechs maybe 25&35 but they are not THAT much a priority. Atleast to me

You can probably remove 45 and 90 tonners from this list, but both the Clan assaults I am expecting are 90 tonners, so... meh.

Get in line, youngster!

Oh, your wait has been so terrible! I've been waiting since MW2 Mercs to see some of these robots again...and some have never graced a MW title! And you want us to retread your precious MW4 robots?

They honestly better not. 70 tonner, popular, has new tech, different from the other Clan 70 tonner... its perfect.

Honestly, if we are talking only about MW4, I'd rather see the IS chassis' from that game than the Mad Cat MKII.

Thanatos, Argus, Chimera, Uziel, Hellspawn, and Osiris are just more notable to me (also Nova Cat). Maybe it is just because you saw them more often since they weren't assaults, or maybe it is because they weren't just upgraded versions of an existing mech, idk, but to me there is more to the MW4 days than just the Mad Cat MKII, much more.

Don't worry old timer, I got you covered. As much as I want the Mk II over the Nova Cat (it's not to far behind) the Nova Cat is more a need for clans. It would be a good opposite and counter part to the Summoner.

Osiris is one of the few Lights from either tech base that would garner my interest... and we certainly have about 2 years of catching up to do with Lights. And fully agree with you on almost all of those. MadCat mkII I won't be upset by... (there are certainly other robots that I would find more pointless.. or unappealing).... but I also won't be excited by it. Too many fatties in the queues anyways. Been regularly coming across enemy teams with 6-7 frikking Assaults, lately.

if we get a Medium from that era for IS, as fun as the Uziel was in MW4... I know without mixtech, and with MWO balance...it'll be "MEH" with a capitol MEH. I would enjoy seeing a Chimera or even Hellspawn, though. Honestly there realyl aren't many latter day Assaults I find interesting, and Heavy Queue is already flooded. That said... we'll probably get Heavies and Assaults.

If it's a Heavy, I honestly hope they lean Argus instead of Thanatos.... I would like a quick 60 ton walker/pod mech.

or they could be ecology conscious... and recycle...and give us a Grand Summoner.... *rolls eyes*

On that note... is there anybody here with the following?

- MegaMek
- very rudimentary spreadsheet skills
- copious spare time

I'm building a spreadsheet that lists all the mechs ever. Haven't gotten very far. It's taking a long time.
Help wanted. =3
