Hello: I've noticed that there are different shaped icons above different mechs. Can someone post a guide to what they mean. I am assuming it means, Heavy, Light, Assault, etc., but I don't know the mechs well enough to figure out the code. A mini-guide on this would be very helpful. Thanks.

While in game open up the map (dont remember the default key for it) and look at the bottom right corner of the map. There is an explanation for those icons.

Default key for the map is 'B'

B stands for Battlegrid, knowing that should make it slighly easier to remember

Look at what's inside the square.
Empty: light.
Vertical line: Medium
Horizontal line: Heavy
Cross: Assault
