Resetting Graphics Settings

So I am running 1920x1080 monitor, but when I updated settings to ultra settings and 1080p it made the game not go full screen but is running in the upper left corner off the screen so I can't see much.

I can't get back into the settings to make sure full screen is selected, how can I reset graphics?

It's the MSI GT80S Titan SLI laptop w/ dual 980's

had to reinstall the game by the way

for anyone who needs to do this .... reinstalling the game is a bit over the top you just need to remove the file called 'attribues.xml' which is probably located under 
C:\Users\< YOUR USER NAME >\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\< ACCOUNT NAME >\
I GUESS YOU COULD EDIT THE FILE ... IF YOU CAN DEAL WITH xml ...
