the JJ Tree is better,
but it still has some problems,

=0=Final Thoughts=0=
=Vent Calibration & Heat Shielding=
best for a non-Energy JJ Boost- 1Heat Shielding(Needed) & All Vent Calibration(6Nodes Total)
best for a Energy JJ Boost- All Heat Shielding & All Vent Calibration(6Nodes Total)
-
=Vectoring=
is Good for when moving forward and can do some cool movement related boosts,
but it removes the ability to Back up and JJ backwards, as you will not instantly boost forward,
gives the ability to bunny hop, turn legs in the air and instantly turn in another direction,
-
=Lift Speed=
doesnt seem to do much, watch the Video and you'll see what i mean,
i say up the Lift Speed to +3m Height(half the height of a single Class1 JJ) for Assaults,
this would mean a Victor(24m@4JJ) would get +15m jump height, (39m Total)

Thoughts, Comments, Concerns?
Thanks,

Can you boost your JJ acceleration? What does Lift Speed do?

The problem with JJs are not their vertical or horizontal jumping distance (reach) but their sluggishness. Even then, it's mainly on the Class I JJs.

EDIT: Night Gyr is a good example where its jumping performance is appropriate for the 'Mech. With 4 JJs, it doesn't jump too high nor too low. The acceleration is enough but I imagine I'd like having a big lift off when initiating the JJs rather than slowly raising upwards. I guess it wouldn't happen though.

Vectoring is cool but its not for everyone, like i said with it you lose the ability to back up and JJ backwards,
doing so will just cause you to boost up and forward and back into the direction you trying to escape,
-
you can bunny hop, turn your legs in the air, so they are facing another Direction,
so when you hit the ground JJ again and you'll hop where your legs are pointing,

so can be fun, can be helpful, but not for everyone, which is ok,

Lift speed, doesnt seem to work well,
i think it would be better just to change it from +3%Lift Speed to +3m Lift Height,

They really do need to allow JJ mechs omnidirectional movement, controlled with WASD, and disable weapons fire until you touch the ground, then JJ would finally be worth their weight.
