Greetings.

So PGI this is your second attempt and while you have listen to 'some' critisisms, others you have ignored or completly misunderstood.

We want CHOICE.

Keeping the structure of the skill tree the same, spreading out bonuses, forcing the use of useless bonuses to get those relivant to a players build. These are NOT things we want or need.

The weapon tree is a mess, and i can only imagine how daunting it looks to a new player.

The weapons tree's didnt need merging, they needed streamlining. Ok putting them all together is fine but dont use this horrible layout, make them more linear, and let players choose which bonuses to specialise in.

Will that mean most people will cherry pick the same bonuses ? ofcourse, but you balance that with cost. Ether do that the 'complex' way or the simple way.

lets look at CoolDown.
1st off, dont nerf it. 15% is fine. it isnt the problem when it comes to TTK, thats the Alpah meta at fault.

Complex (not really)

Split 15% up as follows in a linear style tree.
3% 1 Point
2% 1 Point
1% 1 Point
1% 1 Point
2% 2 Points
3% 2 Points
3% 3 Points

7 nodes to keep things looking neat, but 11 skill points (same as now) required.

Simple Way
11 nodes of 1.36% each. linear again.

Do this with all the nodes.
Specialsed nodes for specialised weapons, simply put to one side , no need for a new seperate skill tree heading, just put it next to the rest under the same heading 'Weapons'.

i honestly beleve you (PGI) are trying to make certain aspects of this new system to complex, whilst trying to keep other parts way to simple.
