1. 91 skill points? Why not make it just an even 100. Seems better as far as odd ballness. EDIT: Why not 99 if 100 not possible due to character display limitations.
2. Price changes in one use modules. Expense I can't say on, but only that people starting the game are at a HUGE disadvantage regarding the price increase. The removal of cool shot 6 also doesn't help here. Which makes me think... I wouldn't mind seeing a cheaper versions of higher expense usage modules. Cost around 20,000. A cool shot 6, artillery strike that has less hits, same for air strike, and a less lasting UAV. Balances a few things out.
