In the patch notes it was stated with the removal of Agility quirks, mechs that currently have them would have thier baseline agility adjusted to compensate for the lost quirks.

This is not the case, or even remotely close to accurate. I've only compared two weight categories so far and already i'm seeing most were done wrong.

70 Tonners:

Baseline mechs I used were the Tempest, CTF-3D and CTF-4X as on the live client these are the only 70 ton mechs with 0 acceleration/deceleration quirks.

base line Accel/Decel appears to be 20.02 accel and 15.71 Decel

All Archers, Cataphracts and Warhammers had baseline on pts. The Majority of these mechs are supposed to have bonus agility.

All Grasshoppers had 29.26 accel and 15.71 Decel. They appear to be missing thier deceleration quirks as all live server GHR's have 35% a/d

All Summoners had 33.86 Accel 15.71 Decel. Decel quirks not reflected.

75 Tonners
I used the Orion IIC and non-quirked Black Knights as baseline.

Baseline is: 17.72 accel and 14.66 Decel

All Black Knights, Timbers, and Orion IIC's appeared correct, simply because most of them do not possess agility quirks. However the two quirked variants; the Timer Prime and Black Knight 6 showed their proper Agility Bonuses 19.49 accel/16.13 Decel and 22.15 accel/18.33 Decel respectively

Marauders had 24.63 Accel and 14.66 Decel, their deceleration quirks did not get reflected.

Mark 1 Orions had baseline agility. They are supposed to have agility bonuses in the 30-45% range

Night Gyrs got hosed. They had 13.11 Accel and 14.66 Decel. Thier acceleration is BELOW the baseline.

TLDR:

Overall for every mech except 2 variants in these two weight categories. Deceleration quirks were not implemented.

Most mechs that did possess agility quirks did not have them reflected into their base agility.

Whomever had to input these values clearly missed the mark by a wide margin. Or if this was intentional, it should have been reflected in the patch notes themselves.

Lastly the Grasshopper champion was clearly an input error it have both Accel and Decel under 1....

I was pretty sure I noticed some inconsistencies in this regard but didn't have enough time to go through all of it. Thanks for posting this.
