Error Code: 73

I cleared a the whole operations skill tree to try out the survival tree, but when I try to save now it says:
Error Code: 73

Workaround: Clear the skills you no longer want first, then save. Apply the skills you want to replace them with afterwards and you can save again.

I found that if you save after you a clear a tree, then respec, it works.
The problem occurs when you clear a tree and then respec without saving in between.
