Hey PGI, Maybe you should start a separate page / section for the Second Round of the Skill Tree PTS. Many of the previous comments / complaints / suggestions have already been addressed and some new issues will arise.

For now, I suggest we all call this Phase 2 of the Skill Tree PTS.
