Arm Pitch Location: Please Fix

Easy Fix:
Switch "Arm Pitch 1" with "Torso Speed 1"
Switch "Arm Pitch 2" with "Anchor Turn 1"
Add connector between "Anchor Turn 3" and "Speed Tweak 1"
Add connector between "Anchor Turn 4" and "Speed Tweak 2"

Now I can get to all non-arm nodes without going through arm nodes.

PGI needs to go through the skill trees, identify all the nodes that don't apply universally (torso pitch, arm mobility, etc.), and then make sure those nodes aren't prerequisites for any nodes that are universal. Taking nodes of minimal value is annoying enough, taking nodes that provide no value whatsoever is one of the problems this new tree is supposed to be fixing. We don't need a dozen new versions of the old Pinpoint skill.
