Ok, so, long story short.

Bought the founder pack. Game changed right before it went live so that 3rd person was a thing, yes, I whined about it because I thought I was mislead, so I never activated my Premium.

So I just now logged back in, because I am missing some mech fighting, lol. Doesn't seem to have any of my founder mechs in any of my bays.

Any help?

Contact support. I've heard this happen before with long long inactive players. They can usually fix it with little issue. They are very good to work with, especially if you are polite and explain what happened. Welcome back!

I hope it works out for you. It couldn't hurt to point out that you're a founder. Hopefully that means something. I missed out on being part of that and I'm glad for all you that made this game happen. It has its flaws, but I've had a lot of fun over the years and am happy it exists.

In the Mechlab make sure all the filtters are set as wide as possible, there filters for clan/is/both owned/trial/both, light/medium/heavy/assualt/allyou will then have to expand the relevent section.As a founder you should have the 4 founders Mechs + 2-3 other Mechs from the 2014 rewards, a Centurian, an Atlas 7S and if you were a legendary founder also a King Crab, all have a 30% cbill earnings boost like the Founders Mechs.
Support are usualy pretty good if they realy are missing.
Also under titles and badges on the home screen in game, you can put up your founders title and badge.

This bit depends on your Founder's level does it not? I know that my younger brother only has a Founder's Hunchback for instance.

You are correct, Totally depends on founders level, Veteran has no Founders Mech, Elite just has 1 however he did mention "cannot find any of my founder Mechs" which I took to mean he was a legendary founder

A few quick steps.

Step 1)
Open the game.
Step 2)
Click Badges.
Ensure that you have your "badge" and "Tag". Activate if you want.
Step 3) Go to Mechbay / Mechlab.
For the following, choose the options marked with ()
Filter: Trial (OWNED) Both
Filter: IS, Clan, (BOTH)
Filter: Light Medium Heavy Assault (All).
Filter: Normal Champion Hero (All)
Your Founder's Mech(s) should be shown to you now.

If not, then contact support.

Welcome back, btw.

Note: If you want to activate your premium time... Go to your Profile on MWO.
Click "Activate 30 days."

This beats using "All" the premium time when you activate in game.

Once did it the wrong way and activated 485 days of premium time. Heh.
