They need to take a good look at under performers under the new system. Some mechs badly need some quirks to either bring them up or make them distinct. The problem with making them distinct, is that it involves specific weapon quirks, and the community gets up an arms about it.

I'm sorry if you think MC variants should be better in any way to C-Bill variants.

What you are buying is;

Camo Pattern
%30 C-Bill Boost

That is all, no pay to win better variant.

Your precious Top Dog will not suddenly be garbage vs other mechs in the PTS. Did you actually play it or just stat browse on the PTS?

Not better, only fit the purpose. I bought it because I wanted a heavy brawler hero. Without agility quirks It can't brawl anymore, it's a poor sniper compared to C-Bill variants and it's too hot to fit medium lasers, so what I'm supposed to do with it?

I played enough to see it's a turtle compared to what it used to be. I can't even run around a static mech without decelerating anymore. RIP.

Plus I'm not withdrawing that support. I'm asking for the MC I spent on this specific mech, not the money I used to buy the MC. If they want to fiddle around with stats then fine, it's their game, I can't prohibit them from doing it. I just don't think it's fair to punish players for it. I'm asking them to give the MC back so I can buy a mech that is not borked or even spend it on something that I know won't be changed so dramatically, like mech bays or aesthetic stuff. This is not like returning a physical product. They won't lose money for being stuck with a useless mech in their storage.

I be happy with 50% of mc back. I have had hero mechs for years I never use.

I think it's perfectly fair to have 100% back if some update made them useless. In this specific case at least it's not about personal preference. It just doesn't work without the original quirks.

but when you bought it you knew that all Quirks were subject to change,
and just as theirs no guarantee Quirks will always be high, theirs no guarantee they will stay low,
PGI always looks for the best balance, that means some things will go up and others will go down,
as such i dont think its very likely you will end up getting your spent MC refunded,
but if you want you can always email support, they could tell you for sure, ;)

No, I didn't knew quirks were subject to change. Nonetheless I don't mind if they change as long as it doesn't make the mech useless.
