OK, 20% Velocity increase on Gauss, ERPPC, and LRMs was probably why it was dropped to 2% per node. But now SRMs, LBX, and slower ACs see almost no improvement.

Instead, why not do it like Magazine Capacity, base it on weapon type.

For instance:
SRMs, AC20, and LBX still 4% per node.
SSRMs and AC10 - 3% per node.
PPC/ERPPC and AC5s - 2% per node.
Gauss and AC2s - 1% per node.

Or, whatever they need to be to balance.

Other suggestions?

PS - You may want to do this for Laser Duration, as pulse lasers really don't gain too much from the current percentage.

Such was always going to be the case with percentages modifying anything. 5% cooldown on a streak-6 launcher makes more difference than on a streak-2 launcher. 10% armor on a light mech with 150 pts isn't the same as 10% on an assault with 600 pts.
