I found a video that gives a quick rundown of the battletech universe, it's very useful if you are new or never paid attention to the fiction before.

Thank you all for your support.
It actually started out as a serious project, but then I got a speech synth program and all bets were off, I just made it say the craziest **** people would understand.

If Stackpole finds out you called his books "cheesy", I'd think you'd want to hide in a safe spot..(like in an Atlas). However, did make me laugh. :)
