Jump Jet Skill Tree Unsatisfactory

Vent Calibration - 15% more Jump Juice
While it is nice to have more jump juice, 15% isn't a significant improvement.

Heat Shielding - Lower JJ heat 30%
The baseline Jump Jet heat is so irrelevant that this 30% reduction difficult to account for.

Vectoring - 125% forward velocity
This gets my viper moving from 0 KPH to 33 KPH using JJ. This value is completely irrelevant if my kickoff velocity is anything faster than granny drives through a school zone. When using my jump jets to "pop tart" the extra forward motion is just enough to be annoying and to cause problems, but it is not useful in any way. Currently, if I want to move forward faster with JJ the only meaningful quirk is speed tweak, deeply embedded in another skill tree.

Lift Speed - Initial vertical thrust 15%
15% of whatever the baseline value is; this has no meaningful impact whatsoever.

Shock Absorbance - 50% fall damage reduction
Put it in the jump jet tree.


These are not meaningful choices.


Allow me to suggest some alternatives.

Longevity - Regenerate JJ while in flight at a 50% rate.
Auxiliary Fuel - Similar to coolant, on use regenerate a percentage of total jump jet fuel.
Aerial Stability - Jump Jet screen shake reduced
