As the title says: will modules that we won in supply cache lottery be refunded?

yes. regardless of origin source, all modules will refund at 100% of their purchase price upon implementation of the new skill tree. So mech packs, caches, event prizes, or mechlab purchases...

Yep. Don't sell any modules in the near to SoonTM future.
