And I'm just over here playing IS and Clan mechs to their individual strengths. I don't think there is any conspiracy to make IS players suck, they just need to employ intelligence to nullify the clans range advantage. Intelligence in PUG matches is the likely culprit of low achievements.

IS even has a (the most?) powerful ranged build in the King Crab.

King Crab>KDK-3? What are you smoking, I want some. I'm scared of KGCs in the wild, but I'm the minority. Most people can deal with them super easily.

(In the context of sniper builds). The twin ER-PPC, twin gauss KGC has quirks backing its energy and ballistics, and good yaw angle IIRC. The KDK-3 has high ballistic torso mounts that probably do edge out the KCG.

I havn't touched a KDK since back when it was shameless p2w. Boiler and KGC seem equally devastating with the same load-out though.
