Last time I looked (and was also originally posted) the Clans get overall less % in many Node types (e.g. 0.8% for Clans instead of the 1.0% for IS ).
Or are you talking about something else?

Personally, I am more looking forward to the return of the Energy Draw PTS sessions to balance Clan (boats) vs IS (boats) vs non-boating builds.

0.8% vs 1% across 5 unlocks (if all are selected) is still only a 1% difference

would you even notice a difference between 4% cooldown and 5% cooldown?

I started my break from this game a couple or few months ahead of the completion of Energy Draw... are you saying it remains incomplete?

I'm not sure I understand the question.
currently we don't have ED nor IW from the previous PTS sessions, but I expect both to come back after ST is live.

My assumption is that we will get a timeline like this:
- Skill tree
- FP 4.1 /4.2
- Techlevel 3
- Energy Draw (or similar)
- Info Warfare
- FP 4.3+

personally I'd like to have ED and IW before Tech3 to limit the power creep and give scouts a role... but that order sounds more realistic for me.
At least Info Warfare could come much earlier, as it's not really dependent on anything and the only reason it was scrapped was because of the damn laser-ghost damage without lock (i think).

What was that about Tech 3, again? That one got bumped, today, above the Skill Tree and Faction Play.

Well... only guess from my sides really.

Doesnt prevent Skill Tree and even Faction Play 4.x to come before July (Tech3 release), as that is only an announcement so far and not the release of all the shiny new weapons. Posted Image

I very seriously doubt they're going to do a Faction Play update before they do the update for the FedCom Civil War; it would be too fast, and too much tech for PGI, I think.
