I do not see warnings on some weapons anymore.

Warnings come up when you hit certain amounts of weapons.
The quantity of similar and identical weapons you can get away with changes with Clan and IS sides, too.
The IS can get away with a lot more mix/matching similar weapon types (smalls and mediums don't bleed in, unlimited smalls) as well as higher numbers (3 larges are okay instead of just two).
