Clan ER Large does 12 heat in TT, versus just 10 in MWO.

Damage frequently gets increased from TT too; Clan ER Large does 11 in MWO versus 10 in TT, Clan Large Pulse does 13 in MWO versus 10 in TT.

I'm running clan mech but and to be honest i don't feel like my mechs became weak from this component health change. I also don't feel particularly op either. Maybe because i don't rely critical chances or high alpha damages. I prefer diverse weapon builds which allow me to have some sort of answer for both long (usually ppc as i find laser for long range unreliable) and short ranges (which is usually dps oriented) . And because of this i have a hard time using IS mech as i have a hard time making this particular type builds for myself. And even if i find a mech for this purpose I'm stopped by the lack of jumpjets as i find rather annoying to go up on hill or around small obstacles without it. Not to mention i like to make a lot of experiment builds and if i try that on IS i have to keep buy the costly engines.

Even though i do not played faction wars too but much what i noticed it mattered not if Clan or Is as long as a team had a good coordination it just simply wrecked everything.

The only build which i found disgustingly strong is the kodiak with 2x ultra ac5 2x ultra ac10

Still I do hope this civil war patch comes out fast as possible as the light engine and light ferro armor is something the Is needed for a long time ago even tough i admit have some fears about that rotary canon.
And also because it is demoralizing to see when you get a mech and all you can see in the patch notes is nerfing even if i still don't feel becoming weak.
I also hope the c-ac 5/10/20 get a single shot as i find it rather useless at the moment and i don't see any reason after this patch to keep it in burst fire.

This is all i can think at the moment about these patches.

Actually, good players can use LRMs effectively. They are just even more effective with direct fire weapons, so rarely bother with LRMs.

And are you implying that you can use LRMs effectively?

101 matches. 96kills 76 deaths total damage 36662. 151450exp earned.

Some tier 1 players should just group up with Grus and then do some quick drops to see how well he does against a mix of opponents that includes tier 1 players and robs him of the easy lrm bait.

After spending 13 matches leveling the SNV-A with LRM80 w/artemis and 4 ER MLs, I managed 21 kills, 6 deaths, and an average damage of 806.

I can LRM okay. If I spent more time on it I could probably improve, but I don't really care to, there are too many situations where I feel useless because of the limitations on LRMs.

That's just 1.26 Kills/Death, 0.95 Kills/Battle and 363 damage per battle. And I note you haven't said your W/L, so I'm gonna assume it is below 1.0.
In all, those are fairly bad stats; if you were using LRMs effectively, you would have a W/L above 1.0, more than 1 kill per battle, and at least be in the 450-500 damage/battle range.


The last LRM boat I actually played was the Warhawk B: I hit 1.75 W/L, 2.14 K/D, 1.36 K/B and 500 damage/battle.
But compared to the stats in other Warhawks run with quad ER PPC builds: 1.96 W/L, 2.38 K/D, 1.22 K/B and 535 damage/battle.

My Warhawk B wasn't even run 'pure LRM boat'; it had some large pulse lasers for direct fire, in addition to triple LRM15. Even with such a reduced reliance on teammates, my direct fire Warhawks are still winning more battles, which is what counts the most.

This whole game is technically a team game so your statement is invalid. Even in a team game players can shine above others in their team and their stats will show it, they wont be in tier 4 for very long either.

As Carl Vickers said, the whole game is a team game. It doesn't matter what mode you are playing, if you are playing at all effectively you will have a positive W/L ratio.
If you aren't playing effectively, you will have a negative W/L ratio.
